Caitlyn grew up playing in New Jersey, and went on to play for Stevens Institute of Technology (D3) in college, where she was an All-Conference Player. She has coached the Cityside HS Team since 2019. Before moving to Seattle, she co-founded a tech start-up and now works for Amazon Web Services advising other startups on how to grow their business. She is passionate about expanding the game on the west coast, and helping students navigate their college and career decisions.
