We will be holding summer practices in August 2023, returning gymnasts and prospective gymnasts are welcome and encouraged to attend, more details to follow.

Regular 2023-24 season practices will start in November in the Roosevelt Small Gym. Depending on space available and level of interest, tryouts will be conducted during practices and the final team will be announced before Thanksgiving.
Typical Practice Schedule: Daily hour practices, M-F, from November-February, with a modified schedule for Winter Break.
All genders are welcome to join the team, though male gymnasts can't be scored for meets. Please contact Coach Haley for details.
Meets are typically on Fridays December thru February with 2 meets in December, 3 meets in January, 1 meet in February followed by the All-Comers meet, Metros, Districts and then State. State is typically held during Mid-Winter Break.
