We are excited to start a new season for Rider Gymnastics! Tryouts will start on Monday, November 13th.
Prospective gymnasts must attend gym set up and 2 days of tryouts to be eligible to make the team.
For tryouts, please wear athletic clothing with your hair pulled back. You do not need to wear a leotard, if you do not want to!
Traditionally we have a high level of interest, and a limited number of spots on the team, so we do sometimes have to make cuts. However, it is important to know that you do not need to have any prior experience with gymnastics in order to make the team.
Monday 11/13 starting at 4:00 PM: Mandatory gym set-up
Tuesday 11/14 5:00-7:00 PM: Tryouts day 1 (structured)
Wednesday 11/15: NO TRYOUTS
Thursday 11/16 5:00-7:00 PM: Tryouts day 2 (open gym format) **Team roster will be sent out by 9 PM**
Friday 11/17 5:00-6:30 PM: Team bonding (wear comfy clothing)!
Sunday (optional practice, gymnastics + strength training): 10:00-12:30 PM
Monday: 4:15-6:00 PM
Tuesday: 4:15-6:00 PM
Wednesday: NO PRACTICE
Thursday: 5:00-7:00 PM
Friday (if non-meet week): 4:15-6:00 PM
