Hometown Husky Visiting Day - Open to ALL Current & Future Female Rowers

No rowing experience is necessary!

The University of Washington Women’s Rowing team is pleased to announce its first Hometown Husky Visiting Day, Saturday, February 11th, 11am-2:30pm.

Come spend an afternoon at Conibear Shellhouse! Meet the team, meet the staff, tour the facilities, learn about scholarship opportunities and what it's like to train and compete as a Division I athlete at the University of Washington. No rowing experience is necessary!

Current female high school student-athletes in their junior or senior year are welcome to attend. You DO NOT have to have a University of Washington application submitted to attend, including seniors. Those who are interested in attending need to submit the following: UW Rowing ARMS Recruiting Questionnaire, official or unofficial high school transcripts (included in the questionnaire), and the Hometown Husky Visiting Day RSVP Form. Upon RSVP, please allow 2-3 days for a follow-up confirmation email.

Location: 
Conibear Shellhouse
Time: Doors open at 10:30am
Introduction and Presentation: 11am-12pm
Facility Tours, meeting with coaches and athletes: 12pm-2:30pm
Admission: Free. RSVP and confirmation required.
Transportation: You will be responsible for your own transportation. Links to 
parking and public transportation at UW are hyperlinked.

Attendees: Student-athletes in at least their junior or senior year of high school. Parents are welcome to attend. Per NCAA regulations, no students or athletes in their freshman or sophomore year of high school are permitted to attend.
